Manager to Coach is a 16 week program in modules of 3 hours each.
A Certificate of Completion is awarded to managers who successfully make the transition. The Certificate is certified by the Coach Consortium through a 3 hour on-site observation of the manager in action.
Maximum enrollment is 20 managers.
$3600 plus $75 per participant for materials.
