Workshop
Three weekday mornings over a two week period with a follow-up session 3 weeks later. Total of 12 workshop hours in 5 week period.
Program
Weekly coaching sessions with the staff and monthly sessions with the executives they report to. Total of 12 coaching hours per month. Minimum commitment of 6 months required. For staffs of up to 10 people.
$3600 plus $75 materials fee per participant
